Our Story — From Frustration to Precision

It started in a small workshop in 2019. Our founder, a mechanical engineer and iPhone enthusiast, was tired of plastic cases that cracked, silicone cases that stretched, and leather cases that peeled. He wanted something that would last — something that felt as premium as the phone inside it.

After 18 months of prototyping and testing, MetalShield Pro was born. Using the same 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy found in aircraft and high-performance vehicles, we CNC-machine every case to ±0.02mm precision — tighter than a human hair.

Today, we ship to over 40 countries and have earned the trust of professionals, creatives, and everyday iPhone users who refuse to compromise on quality.
